Come and enjoy Lake Lopez located in the Pismo Beach area just ten miles east of Arroyo Grande, California. Lake Lopez Recreation Area is one of the top choices for camping and leisure trips.
Antique Truck Show
Saturday we will be going as a group to the 22nd Annual American Truck Historical Society(ATHS) Central Coast "Cooler" in San Louis Obispo. Admission to the truck show is free. Later that evening, several of us are planning attending the BBQ & Awards Dinner. The dinner has $25 fee and requires pre- registration. CRA has reserved twelve spaces in the upper loop of theQuail Campground at the Lopez Lake Reservation Area. Please send CRA your reservations!

Directions to Lopez Lake:
The Park is 184 miles north from Los Angeles and 254 miles south from San Francisco. Driving north or south on Highway 101 take the Grand Avenue Exit in Arroyo Grande. Turn east toward the mountains and drive through old town Arroyo Grande to Huasna Road. Turn right onto huasna Road which turns into Lopez Drive. Stay on Lopez Drive for approximately 10 miles. At this point the road ends at the entrance to Lopez Lake. (Signs are posted along the way.)
