CRA Rental Rally Tradeshow

CRA Rental Rally Tradeshow & Annual Meeting... February 24-26, 2009, Bakersfield, CA! The Kern County Fairgrounds in Bakersfield, California, will once again be the site of CRA's Rental Rally Tradeshow, to be held February 24-26, 2009. The tradeshow focuses on the traditional goals of your association's annual meeting -- helping members stay up-to-date with industry equipment and services, providing time to enjoy the friendship and experiences of fellow rental people, and providing seminars and discussions focused on improved business practices and profits. The show will include two days of exhibits, a huge outdoor equipment demonstration area, and educational seminars. Again, costs for the show have been kept to a minimum and a flat $100* fee allows a rental center's entire company to attend. Plans are also in the works for two exciting optional events, an Open House and Cocktail Party on Tuesday evening, and a Western Dinner on Wednesday. Mark your calendar and plan to attend. Bakersfield, California! Bakersfield is located in California's central valley and is easily accessible from all parts of California and Nevada! It is only 235 miles from San Diego, 116 miles from Los Angeles, 281 miles from Sacramento, and 286 miles from San Francisco. Great Venue & Location! Reduced Costs! The Early Bird cost of a basic 10 x 10 booth is just $795* and the optional outdoor demonstration area is an additional $300. After January 9, 2009, the full rate is $895* and $400. Exhibitors can deliver and set up equipment themselves. However, for those exhibitors who need help with equipment shipping or storage, BS&E Rents will again offer their services. After the show, you can sell your equipment to customers to take home. Outdoor area will be available for customers to experience hands-on demonstrations of equipment. Network with your customers at the Tuesday Evening Open House/Cocktail Party and Wednesday Evening Western Dinner. RV parking is available onsite, and many hotels and restaurants are close by. Sponsorships are also available and we are making our CRA Membership Mailing Labels available to those Exhibitors who would like to send their customers a "show specials" flier.
